Galvanized silos are popular storage equipment made by hot-dip galvanizing process. They have excellent corrosion resistance and durability. They are suitable for storage of industrial bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, mineral powder, etc. They are widely used in building materials, chemical industry and other industries. They have a strong structure, modular design,convenient installation, and can be assembled and disassembled quickly. The galvanized layer effectively resists moisture and corrosion and prolongs the service life. The good sealing performance can effectively prevent moisture and leakage to ensure the quality of materials. At the same time, the maintenance cost is low, economical and environmentally friendly, which is an ideal solution for industrial bulk material storage.
Galvanizing process
1. Pretreatment (surface cleaning) Purpose: Remove organic matter such as grease and cutting fluid. Detection: Verify cleanliness by continuous water film method (no water interruption on the surface). 2. Core process of hot-dip galvanizing Zinc liquid configuration Composition: 99.995% pure zinc or zinc alloy Temperature: 445-465鈩� (optimal reaction temperature range). Molten pool management: Regularly remove slag (Fe-Zn alloy slag) and control aluminum content ≤0.02% (to prevent overreaction). 3. Post-treatment and quality inspection Cooling Method: Water cooling (fast) or air cooling (natural). Note: Deionized water is required for water cooling to prevent corrosion of the zinc layer. 4. Quality inspection Hammer test: no peeling. Appearance: no defects such as missing plating, sagging, zinc nodules, etc.
